Connor completed a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science with Honours at the University of Queensland, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a passion for helping athletes with rehab, programming and performance improvements. Connor’s journey into sport science was inspired by his background as a footballer and his strong passion towards athletic development. Playing football himself, Connor understands the physical and mental demands of sport and the commitment required to perform at the highest levels. This helped fuel his passion for helping athletes improve performance, reduce injury risk, and return to sport stronger following injury. Connor has a particular interest in:
Athletic performance enhancement: improving areas of strength, power, speed, agility and overall performance through evidence-based training and testing.
Sports injury rehabilitation: designing progressive rehabilitation and return-to-play programs that also reduce injury risk.
Youth athlete development: supporting junior and developing athletes to build strong movement foundations.
He is a big believer in tailoring every treatment to meet the unique needs of the individual athlete, helping them return to doing what they love, or excelling in the sport they are currently involved in! Outside of work, Connor enjoys staying active, whether it’s on the football field or in the gym and travelling
