Precision-tracked strength training for athletes who want proof of progress
Finding the exact load where you produce your highest power output — then building your program around it. Every Keiser station in our clinic runs on pneumatic resistance with a live digital readout, so instead of just tracking weight lifted, we measure the power you actually produce, rep by rep.
Leg Extension Pro
Isolates the quadriceps through a controlled seated extension. Seat and shin pad adjust to fit each athlete, from early rehab through to return-to-sport testing.
Military Press
Builds pressing strength through the shoulders and triceps along a fixed, supported path — reading upper-body power output without barbell compensations.
Chest Press
A horizontal pressing station with a digital console reading out resistance, reps, and power output in real time as you press.
Squat
Loads a squat pattern through the shoulders rather than the spine, letting athletes push heavier compound loads with less risk during testing.
The 6-Rep Test
KOPR — Keiser Optimal Power Resistance — is the exact air-pressure load where an athlete produces their absolute highest peak power output. It's not the heaviest weight they can move, and not the fastest rep — it's the sweet spot between force and speed, found through a short calibration test on the digital console.
From Testing to Programming
