Frequent questions

What happens in my first session?

Feel free to click the link and watch what will happen in your Initial Athlete Assessment: https://youtube.com/shorts/cjNLS_fdS34

Your first session is focused on understanding your sport, your goals, and your current physical capacity.

We assess how you move, identify limitations, and use that information to build your individualised performance plan. You’ll also be guided through how to execute your program properly from the start.

How does the performance program work?

You join the program on a weekly basis and follow a fully individualized training plan built around your sport, position, and physical needs.

Your program is delivered through our training app, and you attend supervised sessions in the gym where a coach or physio guides your execution, progression, and loading.

This isn’t random training — it’s a structured system designed to progressively improve your performance over time.

Is the program individualised or group-based?

Both!

You train in a high-performance group environment, but your program is completely individualised based on your:

- Strengths and weaknesses

- Testing results

- Sport demands

- Position-specific needs

You’re not following the same program as everyone else — everything is built specifically for you, but you’re still training with other athletes in a team environment.

What makes this different from a normal gym or S&C program?

Most programs are generic.

Our Performance Program is built around:

- Individualised programming

- Objective testing and re-testing

- Progressive overload and structured phases

- Sport-specific performance development

We use high-level sports science technology (VALD, Keiser and other systems) to identify exactly what you need to improve — then build your program around that.

What do you actually work on in the program?

Your program is designed to improve the physical qualities required for your sport, including:

- Strength

- Power

- Speed and acceleration

- Change of direction

- Running capacity

- Movement efficiency

What you focus on depends entirely on what your testing shows you need most and your individual goals

How often should I train each week?

At a minimum, we recommend attending once per week — but this ultimately depends on what’s practical for you.

You’ll have your full performance program delivered through our training app, including exercise videos, sets, reps, and when each session should be completed. From there, you can decide how much you complete independently and how much you complete with us in the gym and on the field.

To get the most out of the program, we recommend completing as many sessions as possible under our supervision. This allows us to coach your execution, make real-time adjustments, and ensure you’re progressing in the right areas.

Some athletes travel long distances and attend once per week for a longer, more structured session, completing the rest on their own. Others attend multiple times per week and benefit from more consistent coaching, feedback, and accountability.

Do I need to be injured to join?

No,

This program is for athletes who want to:

- Improve performance

- Build physical qualities

- Reduce injury risk

- Prepare for higher levels of competition

Will this help reduce my injury risk?

Improving your physical qualities plays a major role in reducing injury risk

.

By building strength, improving movement efficiency, and increasing your capacity to handle load, you’re better prepared for the demands of your sport.

Can I do this alongside my team training?

Yes — the program is designed to fit around your sport.

We manage your training load and structure your sessions so you can continue improving without negatively impacting your performance at training or on game day.

What if I’ve never done strength training before?

That’s completely fine.

We guide you through everything, including technique, progressions, and how your program works. Everything is built to your level, so you don’t need prior experience.

What age athletes do you work with?

10 and up.

Who is this program for?

This is for athletes who are serious about improving their performance and are willing to follow a structured training process.

Why not just follow a program online?

Because performance isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Our Athlete Performance program is built around your individual needs, guided by testing, and continuously progressed. You’re not guessing — you’re following a structured system with guidance.

Can I speak to someone before joining?

Yes.
